adhd coaching and support

I coach:

  • People with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) who want to understand their ADHD and find their fit and purpose.

  • People with ADHD who want freedom from ADHD frustration, overwhelm, guilt, self-doubt, negative thoughts, feelings of failure, insecurity, anxiety and inaction.

  • Parents and caregivers of children with ADHD who know their children’s true potential, want to better understand them, relate to them, and give them every chance at success.

  • Parents and caregivers who feel worn out and tired of the daily battles and challenges that come with managing ADHD and want harmony at home and at school.

  • Children, teens, adults and parents who are tired of hearing that they need to ‘try harder’, that ADHD doesn’t exist, and are looking for understanding, compassion and strategies that work.

You DON’T need to have an ADHD assessment or diagnosis to be coached.
