LIFE coaching and adhd coaching
I’m a life coach for people who want freedom for good from negative thoughts, from insecurity and from always worrying about what other people think. I coach people who are ready to know themselves, love themselves and to BE themselves in every way, every day.
I also coach adults, adolescents and children who have ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and the loved ones of people with ADHD who are experiencing challenges and are looking for focused support. For more information on ADHD Coaching, click here.
There is a way to take better care of yourself every way, every day.
There is a way to have healthy and meaningful relationships with people who love you for who you are.
There is a way to stop your negative self-talk and negative thought energy for good.
There is a way to take action and make changes in areas of your life that aren’t working for you.
There is a way to confidently make life decisions based on what’s right for you instead of decisions based on ‘shoulds’ or what ‘other people’ think is right for you.
There is a way to set goals with real steps that will guide you to where you most want to be in your life.
There is a way to live a life of authentic happiness and fulfillment that doesn’t rely on validation from others, or on doing or being enough.
You are not broken. You don’t need to be fixed. You have everything you need within yourself to live the life of happiness and fulfillment that you deserve. The key to a life of happiness and fulfillment is self-love and I want to help you unlock the door.
What is Life Coaching?
If you are unsure what life coaching is let me introduce you. It is a supportive, non-judgmental and powerful self-inquiry process .
Who I am
We all start somewhere. I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 37 and have been working in the field ever since. I made the life-changing decision to become a coach when I realized that a regular desk job wasn’t for me.
