ADHD 101 - Clear Understanding and Real Life Support
(Registration Required to Attend - Limited to 40 participants)

Information, Strategies and Support

Whether you’re diagnosed with ADHD, supporting someone with ADHD or wondering if you might be in the club, you’re not alone, and this is a solid place to start. This session will give you a clear, practical, and real-world understanding of ADHD—whether you’re navigating it yourself or supporting someone who is.

You’ll leave with:

✔ A better understanding of ADHD
✔ How it shows up in real life for (adults and kids)
✔ A handful of realistic, easy-to-use strategies that can actually help
✔ How to access support (including coaching)
✔ A better sense of what actually helps—and what doesn’t

I’m Michelle Chappell, your session facilitator. I’m a founding board member of the ADHD Advocacy Society of Alberta as well as a trained ADHD Coach with 11 years of coaching experience—and a lifetime of lived experience with ADHD.

I was finally diagnosed with ADHD at 36. Before that, I spent years trying to figure out why things felt harder than they “should” have—and why the usual advice didn’t seem to work. That experience is exactly why I became an ADHD coach and this is the session I wish I had back then.
